A villa in Kings Point, Long Island, is elevated to new heights of beauty and style thanks to Caesar’s impeccable surfaces Caesar Ceramics, The unique ‘material culture’ that identifies us comes from more than 30 years experience and innovation in the field of high-quality Italian porcelain tile, a guarantee of comprehensive technical know-how.

Against the backdrop of Manhattan's skyline, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the sky, Kings Point, Long Island traces its profile, where the natural surroundings and the urban echo of New York City intertwine. In this village, a private villa emerges as the perfect balance between the power of the surrounding environment and the serenity of the landscape, exploring the interplay of light, material, and functionality. Caesar’s porcelain stoneware surfaces, covering over 2900 square metres, play a central role in the project's identity, integrating with the design to create authentic and functional spaces.

The heart of the home is revealed in the living and dining areas, where the Prima collection, in the Chalk colour (120x120 cm) graces the surfaces. This porcelain stoneware, reminiscent of the essential nature of clay, reinterpreted with a modern twist, combines sobriety and character. The large size amplifies the brightness, creating a perception of continuity that makes spaces airy and welcoming. The Stave Birch 20x100 decoration from the made in USA Nature collection, adds a unique texture, enriching the aesthetic with a refined hand-crafted feel that highlights the bond between shape and material.

The kitchen finds its identity in the contemporary marble effect of Anima Statuario (60x120 cm). The aesthetic details of the precious, irregular veining define the character of this everyday space, transforming it into a visual focal point.

The staircases and passageways maintain a visual coherence that never betrays the overall harmony. Nature Birch (20x100 cm) evokes the natural warmth of wood, creating a fluid connection between the various floors of the home. The bespoke Stave Birch decorative option creates a rhythmic pattern that follows the flow of the architecture, providing a sense of material continuity.

Outside, the surfaces open up new possibilities. Prima Ecru Aextra20 (80x80 cm, 20 mm) takes the simplicity of clay outdoors, with a resistance that defies time and weather. For poolsides, the  Stripe drainage grate (30x80 cm, 20 mm) (30x80 cm, 20 mm purpose-devised for the project) becomes an integral part of the composition, adding dynamism and functionality. For the most exposed driveways, the Extra C Base and Quartz Essence (30 mm) solutions offer exceptional durability and a style inspired by the beauty of natural stone.

This villa in Kings Point showcases how Caesar porcelain stoneware, in addition to meeting the functional requirements of architecture, can become a defining element of any space, providing a unique identity and a consistent aesthetic that permeates the entire home.
