In the streets of this beautiful town, among the long succession of luxury properties, stands Villa Isabelle, a private house built in 2020. Located in one of Forte dei Marmi's trendiest neighbourhoods, where privacy and tranquillity prevail, Villa Isabelle has relied on Caesar's expertise and unique taste to dress its indoor and outdoor settings with the contemporary elegance for which the Fiorano Modenese-based company is renowned, thanks to its proven know-how and strong made-in-Italy connotation.
The first encounter with made-by-Caesar porcelain stoneware occurs by walking along the driveway that characterises the garden: here the cotto-cement effect of One offers the soft, enveloping tones of the earth and combines them with the originality of cement, for a highly contemporary effect. One, in its warm and intense Ground shade, was chosen for its ability to be declined in the Aextra20 solution, the 20-mm extra thick monolithic slab project that has greatly expanded the horizons of outdoor design.
An even more all-encompassing response was found in the Anima collection, where the Graphite variant has furnished the walkways around the house, the balcony floors, the pool side areas and the pool itself, a small wellness gem that completes the private residence.
On the other hand, it is the glossy finish that characterises the bathroom with even greater strength and intensity, from the floors and walls to the shower area, where the harmonious contrast of the Graphite version with the whiteness of Statuario Venato reigns over all. We are talking about the ceramic interpretation of one of the most prestigious Italian marbles, coming right from the Carrara quarries located near the beaches of Forte dei Marmi. And its clear white colour, characterised by numerous large light-dark grey veins, makes it one of the most sought-after of its kind.
