Helsingborg Central Station Caesar Ceramics, The unique ‘material culture’ that identifies us comes from more than 30 years experience and innovation in the field of high-quality Italian porcelain tile, a guarantee of comprehensive technical know-how.

Sea, wonderful beaches, attractions, nature, shopping: we are in Helsingborg, in the County of Skåne, the southernmost part of Sweden. Although it is Skåne County's second largest city in terms of population, after the capital Malmo, Helsingborg is a quiet place, on a human scale, synergistic with the Øresund Strait and its front facing Danish city of Helsingor. A surprising view of the strait and neighbouring Denmark can be enjoyed from the Kärnantower, the only surviving part of the old Helsingborg fortress. From here, you can walk up the monumental terraced staircase in the old town, the Terrasstrapporna, an architectural link to the large Stortoget market square with Slottshagen Park.

These are some of the attractions of this city, whose Harbour Lighthouse brings it to the attention of sailors and visitors alike by virtue of its beautiful red brick construction with cream-coloured decoration.

Caesar has arrived in Helsingborg to give its originality to a key point of the city: the train station, Helsingborg Central, which has recently undergone a renovation of the passageways linking the station to the adjacent shopping area.

It was not easy to fit into such a reserved context as Helsingborg, but Caesar's close ties with the main design trends and the style of the Scandinavian movement, which has made minimalism and functionality its internationally recognised style icons, enabled the ceramic company to perfectly meet the aesthetic and efficiency expectations.

Caesar's ceramic know-how is represented by Portraits, an emblem of elegance and style in its porcelain stoneware representation of six of the world's most popular stones.

Portraits is a journey into the beauty of matter, exploring the strength that nature has given to each stone and conveying their diversity while respecting taste and design freedom.

Deep and intense in its dark grey colour, Portraits Kirkby colour variant expresses all its charm in the 120x120, 60x120 and 30x120 large sizes, allowing the varied textures of the surface to 'move' architecture, without betraying Swedish minimalism.

But Portraits also transposed all the strength of stone into porcelain stoneware, and even more, underlining the ability to withstand the traffic and trampling that characterise Helsingborg Central, as well as showing durability, resistance even to chemical agents, water repellency and ease of cleaning: all these elements identify Caesar's Made-in-Italy products worldwide.
