Building Hotel Caesar Ceramics, The unique ‘material culture’ that identifies us comes from more than 30 years experience and innovation in the field of high-quality Italian porcelain tile, a guarantee of comprehensive technical know-how.

In the ASI industrial area of Carinaro (CE), between the cities of Naples and Caserta, stands the Building Hotel, a modern and refined 4-star hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Campania region.

Inaugurated in 2020, the building is located in a strategic area of the town, a few kilometres from the motorway junction and only thirty minutes' drive from some of the most fascinating places in the region: within easy reach are the Royal Palace of Caserta, San Leucio, Casertavecchia, the historic centre of Naples and the spectacular Pompei.

The Building Hotel offers its guests more than 50 elegant and stylish rooms, ranging from Basic rooms to the most luxurious Suites, and many other spaces designed for a prestigious and comfortable wellbeing: the restaurant, with modern and refined furnishings; a tea room, for a relaxing break; and the 80 square metre conference room, ideal for business events, courses and training meetings.

The construction of the Building Hotel was supervised by Quadrifoglio Immobiliare, a company that has already been active for years in the construction of lots in the Caserta area, and by architects Raffaele Marino and Gianfranco Sagliocco, whose work succeeded in further enhancing an industrial agglomeration that was already full of important companies.

Caesar, for its part, took part in the development of this structure by offering the elegance of its Made-in-Italy porcelain stoneware solutions. Anima, Join, Built and Meet are the collections that have furnished and enriched the rooms of the Building Hotel, giving them the aesthetic and functional characteristics typical of the company from Fiorano Modenese.

Starting with the exteriors, where Caesar put its signature with the Built and Meet series.

The natural accent of wood and the flavour of slightly worn material define the planks of Meet, an extremely versatile collection here in the colour Allure Hazel in the 20x120 cm format. A choice that underlines the desire to define a natural and contemporary style, where the material effect of wood is well combined to characterise the walkways and the reception area, framing the green area and hosting the outdoor lounges.

Also by Caesar are the external façades, with glue-laying system, for which Built was chosen. It is a striking choice in its essential and minimalist soul, in the 160x320 cm size and in the Yard colour variant, where the ceramic interpretation of a light-coloured concrete fits perfectly into the surrounding space, conveying an emotional balance.

Built are also the internal staircases, in perfect harmony with the surfaces of the reception, restaurant and meeting room furnished with the soft Manor variant of the Join collection, a solution that exploits the combination of resin and cement to enhance a porcelain stoneware soft in surface and versatile in use. A winning choice for the hotel's sharing areas, which therefore stand out for their original and cosy look that well expresses the overall vision of the Building Hotel.

A decidedly more sophisticated touch was chosen for the bathroom area: here all the timeless majesty of the finest marble was interpreted by Anima, synonymous with beauty par excellence. Laid in the customised 75x150 cm size, Anima has been declined in two of its most characterising variants: Calacatta Oro, unmistakably defined by the golden vein that lends further splendour to the white background, and the dark Graphite, in its polished finish, to lend further prestige to rooms dedicated to self-care.
