London, May 2018. In Clerkenwell, London, the city's centre of innovative and cutting-edge design, everything is ready for the ninth edition of the event that has been described as the world's showcase for enterprises of the field: the Clerkenwell Design Week. From May 22 to 24, the international community of visitors looking for new interior design trends will be able to experience a series of exceptional events. Amongst these, the lively programme of Ceramiche Caesar cannot go missed. For the third year running, in fact, the company will be entertaining guests of the event at the Urban Lab, the single-brand showroom at 17/18, Great Sutton Street, at the heart of the London district.
The occasion is made more special still thanks to an important anniversary: 30 years of activity of the parent company of Fiorano Modenese. The Urban Lab will become the nerve centre of initiatives especially created to involve guests and offer a journey across time and through the styles that have characterised the last three decades.
Rediscover the past to live the future is the meaning of Replay-30 years of styles and tiles: a journey along icons, trends and products that have not only represented and distinguished the last through decades but also the first 30 years of activity of Caesar. From 10:00 to 22:00, the Urban Lab will be showcasing the brand new Evood and Arthis collections, both representing the ability to transform woodworking techniques on prestigious wood into a master's craft. At the showroom, you will also have the chance to view the two collections presented at Cersaie 2017, Built and Autore, especially designed to fulfil the needs of the most demanding design requirements, the former being a contemporary interpretation of concrete and the latter of Venetian Terrazzo tile, thanks to the richness of its multi-faceted details.
The range of products presented is completed by the large sizes of Project Evolution Endless, which combine infinite beauty to practicality thanks to extra large ceramic slabs resulting from exceptional technological know-how and 100% Made in Italy intuition. The upgrade of the showroom will be mirrored in the events organised for visitors: the programme will be packed with musical and culinary events. An original revival that joins past and future in a contemporary setting that is truly unique.
Every day, from 19:00 to 22:00, the Urban Lab will become a stage for live street dance performances and daily musical shows, each dedicated to a specific decade. From the late 80's to the eccentric 90's until the present day, the RainCrew dance crew will let us relive the past three decades with performances especially created for the event. From 14:00 to 18:00 guests will be welcomed with delicious gelato and, inside the showroom, treats and delicacies will be offered throughout the entire event.
