Fuorisalone 2025 – Ceramiche Caesar explores materiality through music, urban design, and new aesthetic interpretations
On the occasion of Fuorisalone 2025, Ceramiche Caesar presents two initiatives that interpret ceramic material through multisensory, sustainable experiences. These are accompanied by the exclusive preview of the brand’s new spring collection and two iconic product proposals: Marble Inspiration, featuring the three-dimensional Sign effect, and Join decors, with 11 exclusive decorative patterns.

The Sound of Matter: material becomes music
At Caesar Urban Lab Milano, located in the recently renovated space at Via Molino delle Armi 14, Caesar presents The Sound of Matter, a new chapter of the “The Instant of Change” project. This event, curated by designer and music curator Marta Oliva, transforms ceramic surfaces into an immersive sound experience.
Porcelain stoneware and the materials from partner brands featured in the showroom become the core of a soundscape designed by Marta Oliva, where the unique characteristics of each material are interpreted through musical notes. The tracks will be played throughout the showroom during Fuorisalone and performed live during a special evening event on Wednesday, April 9.
The project is further enriched by a dedicated display and visual illustrations by artist Gabriele Zagaglia. Organized in collaboration with Mo1950, QuadroDesign, and Rexa, the event explores the dialogue between design, sensory perception, and sound—shedding new light on Caesar’s material identity.
Urban Landscapes: sustainable design for social spaces
Caesar reaffirms its commitment to sustainable, community-oriented design with Urban Landscapes, an outdoor installation set up in the exterior spaces in front of the Mo1950 showroom on Via Molino delle Armi. These areas, recently renovated and now fully accessible, are enhanced by their strategic location near the new Vetra station on Milan’s M4 subway line.
In keeping with the “Design for Disassembly” philosophy, each modular element is designed using materials supplied by Caesar—specifically the Join Ink and Join Manor variants in the Soft finish—as well as partner brands, including brushed steel and Corian®. The installation aims to create a welcoming, simple, and functional urban space, highlighting the role of ceramics in contemporary, sustainable design.

Caesar Collections
At Fuorisalone 2025, Caesar will spotlight collections that explore the aesthetic and technical potential of ceramic material with a contemporary approach—offering distinctive solutions for architecture and interior design.
The event will mark the world premiere of Caesar’s new spring collection: a highly versatile and comprehensive design response to the functional and aesthetic needs of both indoor and outdoor spaces. The collection will be showcased in a spectacular installation titled Exploring Material, designed to emphasize its strong compositional potential.
Marble Inspiration reimagines the timeless appeal of marble, introducing the Sign three-dimensional effect: a sophisticated surface treatment that enhances the visual and tactile depth of ceramic material while evoking the grandeur of natural marble.
The Join collection will also be in the spotlight, showcasing 11 exclusive decorative patterns created to bring dynamism and creativity to interior design projects. Each pattern opens up new stylistic and compositional possibilities, encouraging dialogue with surrounding surfaces and promoting an innovative aesthetic language.
Lastly, Fuorisalone 2025 will mark the official launch of OLOS, Caesar’s new brand dedicated to furnishing applications using 12 mm-thick ceramic slabs. This solution combines high technical performance with refined aesthetics, tailored for advanced interior and furniture design. OLOS slabs will be featured in a new kitchen installation on the ground floor of the showroom.
