Ceramiche Caesar has taken its latest new porcelain tile collections to the Virtual Design Product Fair, the digital platform which belongs to the first on-line design festival in the world, the VDF_Virtual Design Festival.
Produced by Dezeen – a well-known British magazine - and active between 15th April and 30th June 2020, the innovative format of the Design Festival features a schedule packed with interviews with famous names from the worlds of architecture and films, along with innovative product launches, live streaming and partnerships aimed at giving a new lease of life and renewed stamina to companies in the architecture and furniture industry.
Caesar took part in the initiative to demonstrate its futuristic approach to the market, which is capable of accommodating the difficulties and the major upheavals caused by the world-wide medical emergency with an extremely contemporary vision and designed to create synergy between real and virtual, also in the presentation of its new products.
So in a virtual context - such as the Virtual Design Product Fair – Caesar offers all the concreteness, hard work and passion of its team, presenting four porcelain tile series with a clear material inspiration.
Meet, Shapes of Italy,Enchant and Stoneways are in fact solutions that clad commercial and residential settings with originality, always guaranteeing the best performance levels in terms of styling and functionality. Caesar offers a double matrix – made in Italy for Meet and Shapes of Italy, made in USA and aimed at the US market for Enchant and Stoneways – as well as a double inspiration, linked to wood (Enchant and Meet) and to stone (Stoneways and Shapes of Italy).
The porcelain tile slabs in the made in Italy Meet collection constitute a charming encounter between the natural accent of wood and the flavour of a slightly worn material. From a stylistic perspective, the Meet collection has an extremely versatile soul, which lends itself to a host of interesting combinations with other Caesar products. The two different thicknesses (9 mm and 20 mm of Aextra20) and the broad range of decorations render Meet a modern solution, capable of combining the more natural aspects of the material with an impeccable stylistic design, for both indoor and outdoor settings.
The Italian production plant also gives rise to Shapes of Italy, a porcelain tile project consisting of 7 different stones that span the immense Italian cultural heritage, through a journey made up of elegance, historic wealth and beauty. The wide range of sizes (12), thicknesses (6-9-20 mm), surfaces (4 finishes) and decorations defines Shapes of Italy as an ally for architects and designers who wish to put together floor tiles, wall tiles and outdoor spaces with creativity and consistency.
Enchant is the collection by Ceramiche Caesar USA designed to bring to mind wood in its most intimate essence and replicate “the feeling of a walk through nature”. Indeed, its inspiration stems from the warm appearance of aged and painted wood, and the collection is available in three colours and two sizes to furnish the floors and walls of commercial and residential projects.
Also made in USA is the Stoneways series available in 4 different colours, the same number of stone material inspirations: travertine, Nordic stone, quartzite and sandstone define the neutral hues, embellished with vein patterns to make the style of the settings even more intense.
