Ceramiche Caesar is proud to announce that, starting from March 14, 2019, it is active the Book&Go Ceramics online platform for booking loading.
Thanks to this tool, your shipping agent will be able to book the date and time for loading and therefore book a place in our loading terminal.
The online platform counts on the partnership of Mercareon, a leading worldwide company in this field.
The system will allow Caesar's Logistic Department to get your order ready for immediate collection. Your shipping agent (or yourselves, if you are collecting with vehicles of your corporate fleet) can directly access the loading terminal so that waiting time is reduced to zero.
Thanks to online booking, loading will be quicker and more efficient.
When Book&Go Ceramics is taking care of your shipment, you will be able to acquire immediate information on the loading you have booked; you can control how loading is proceeding and receive notifications if any problems occur. Time for communication with our sales department is thus reduced.
We will able to keep the flow of vehicles entering our warehouse under control to thus reduce congestion of routes.
Access to the platform and to booking is free of charge.
All shipping agents will be invited to take advantage of the service; more memberships mean more advantages for the entire chain. The Book&Go Ceramics platform will feature different types of calendar for different types of order (lorries and containers, conventional materials and slabs); the platform will inform the user, in an independent and transparent manner, of the warehouse area to which booking should be addressed, depending on the characteristics of the order to collect.
Shipping agents who have registered can simply enter the customer code and order number to book a date. If the booking is made by 5 PM of the day “G”, it is possible to book a loading space for the following day (G+1). After 5 PM, the system will allow users to book a loading from day “G+2”.
Training on use of the system is at the care of the supplier of the service, that has a customer care system in many languages. They will take care of contacting the shipping agents that work with Caesar to present the service, guide them through the registration process and train them for use.
